Police ReportMonday, January 24, 2000 10:23 AM Vehicle stops result in numerous drug arrests Arrest: Dec. 28 At 7:45 p.m. a motor vehicle stop by Patrolman Shane Bakely on routes 528 and 539, resulted in the arrest of Bill Milinsky, 19, of Trenton. Milinsky was charged with receiving stolen property and hindering apprehension, pending a court hearing. Arrest: Jan. 1 As a result of a disturbance call at 8:20 p.m. Senior Patrolman Robert Pintye arrested Bonnie Dancer, 40, of Wrighstown, on Brown Road, She was charged with driving while suspended and D.W.I,, pending a court hearing. Accident: Jan. 8 Patrolman Matthew Petrecca investigated a motor vehicle accident at 11 p.m. of a hit and run nature. Involved was Susan Surdo, 55, and Kevin Young, 36, both of New Egypt. Young was located and issued summonses for careless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, and failing to report an accident. Arrest: Jan. 8 Patrolman Petrecca was dispatched at 9 p.m. to a residence on Colliers Mills Road for an assault. As a result of this call. Costy Archacavage, 23, of New Egypt, was arrested and charged with simple assault and was processed and released pending a court hearing. Arrest: Jan. 9 At 12:30 a.m. a motor vehicle stop by Sgt. George Titko, on Rt. 537, resulted in the arrest of Kathleen Clyde, 42, of Beverly, NJ, on a charge of D.W.I. pending a court hearing. Accident: Jan. 10 At 5 p.m. Senior Patrolman Pintye responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of High Bridge Road and North Main Street involving Barbara Hopkins, 41, of Wrightstown. No injuries were reported at the scene and no summonses was issued. Arrest: Jan. 13 Patrolman Petrecca was dispatched at 7:20 p.m. to a residence on Brown Lane for a criminal mischief report. This call resulted in the arrest of Curtis Martin, 35, of New Egypt. He was charged with harassment, criminal mischief, and criminal trespassing, processed and released pending a court hearing. Arrest: Jan. 15 At 9:30 p.m. Senior Patrolman Pintye arrested a 17-year-old New Egypt male as a result of a motor vehicle stop. The juvenile was charged for possession of drugs under 50 grams and was processed and released pending a juvenile court hearing. Arrest: Jan. 15 As a result of another motor vehicle stop at 12:49 p.m. Patrolman Richard Lerche arrested Charles Bancroft, 46, of New Egypt who was charged with possession of drugs under 50 grams, processed and released pending a court hearing. Arrest: Jan. 15 A 17-year-old male and Lawrence Wiles, 18, both of Levittown, Pa. were arrested at 3:50 p.m. as a result of a motor vehicle stop by Patrolman Petrecca. Wiles was charged with possession of drugs under 50 grams while the juvenile was charged with possession of drugs under 50 grams reckless driving and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were processed and released pending their respective court hearings. Arrest: Jan. 15 Senior Patrolman Pintye arrested a 17-year-old male from Wrightstown at 6:10 p.m. at the Wawa on Main Street in New Egypt. The officer was responding to an assault call of a 17-year-old New Egypt male. The juvenile was charged with simple assault, processed, and released pending a court hearing. Arrest: Jan. 16 As a result of a motor vehicle stop at 9:09 p.m. Senior Patrolman Pintye arrested Thomas Dunn, 53, on charges of D.W.I., and careless driving. Dunn was processed and released pending court hearing. Accident: Jan. 20 Patrolman Robert Zack responded at 10:40 a.m. to a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Rt. 539 involving Kathleen Byrne, 45, of Monroe Township. Byrne complained of a minor injury. Road was ice and snow covered. No summonses were issued. |
