| 1. Wrightstown Construction official Larry Nixon is all
smiles during Wrightstown's recent reorganization meeting. Nixon started his
22nd year with the borough in that capacity on Jan. 2. |

| 2. The New Egypt Elementary School Library opened on Monday
and is filled with new books and other publications. A special ceremony to
commemorate its opening will take place later in the month. The ribbon cutting
was postponed due to the illness of the school librarian. |

| 3. Members of the area Bear Scouts enjoy a tour of the New
Egypt Press this past week. The scouts will tour various businesses in the area
throughout the year. |

for another term in office during Wrightstown's recent reorganization meeting.
His wife Janet holds the bible for him while Municipal Court Judge Gregory
McCloskey administers the oath of office. |

his fifth term of office. His daughter Kaitlin holds the bible for him while

| 8.Plumsted Township Code Enforcement Officer Ed Seeds joins
Brig. Gen. Holsey Moorman who presented him a Distinguished Medal Of Honor
award during a ceremony held in November. In December Seeds was honored by the
Township Committee for his accomplishment. He returned to work after a sick
leave on Jan. 3. |
